The space
Open plan living space with great flow ,opens to a fantastic view table mountain and the city. Ceiling to floor windows which brings natural light in the apartment. The space is furnished with a large flat screen TV, with Fast Wi-Fi and Netflix.
Large bedroom with a queen comfortable bed and shower. Fully equipped Kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, stove that can cook up a storm.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment + communal swimming pool, gym and Bar

We provide hygienic linen which is cleaned industrially.
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay cleans and fresh linens.
ID will be required ahead of check-in to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Fair Usage Policy of Utilities: Guests will utilise the electricity and water responsibly and not abuse these resources. Guests will refrain from leaving the underfloor heating, lights, jacuzzi, aircons, oven etc on when not in use. Failure to do so will result in charges for these utilities.

We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Loadshedding: Be aware that loadshedding (rolling blackouts) may occur due to a nationwide electricity challenge.
ID Requirement: A valid ID may be required once your booking is confirmed.
Noise Policy: Noise pollution is strictly prohibited. Please adhere to quiet hours.
Total Occupancy: The number of occupants must not exceed the quoted amount unless agreed upon in advance.
Trash Disposal: All trash and perishables must be disposed of before departure.
