We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Respect the Neighbors: As this is a residential building, we ask that you respect our neighbors and keep disturbances to a minimum.
No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in extra charges.
Rule Violations: Guests who break any house rules will incur additional fees. Severe breaches may lead to eviction without a refund.

Loadshedding: Please note that loadshedding or rolling blackouts may affect this property, as it is part of a countrywide electricity challenge.
Please note that we may require the guest's ID once accommodation has been booked and secured.
Fair Usage Policy of Utilities: Guests will utilise the electricity and water responsibly and not abuse these resources. Guests will refrain from leaving the underfloor heating, lights, jacuzzi, aircons, oven etc on when not in use. Failure to do so will result in charges for these utilities.
