Payment in full is due upon booking.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

House Rules:
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 9 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the unit or in common areas. A cleaning fee will apply for any violations.
Respect for Neighbors: This is a residential building. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and be mindful of other residents.
No Parties or Events: No gatherings, events, or parties are allowed. Guests who violate this rule will face additional charges and may be evicted without a refund.
Rule Violations: Guests who break any house rules will be charged an extra fee, and depending on the severity, may also be evicted without a refund.
ID Requirement: IDs must be submitted ahead of check-in, as required by the building.
Occupancy Limit: The unit accommodates a maximum of 2 people. No extra guests are allowed.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in the unit.
Unit Size: Please note, the studio is compact and measures between 21-24 m².
Security Notice: The property uses electronic systems for security, gate, and door access. If this presents any concerns, please contact us for further details.
Loadshedding Notice: We experience intermittent loadshedding (power cuts) across South Africa, which is out of our control. While these power cuts are announced over social media, they are not constant.
