About the property
The space
Studio apartment that is tastefully decorated, with a balcony, large smart Tv connected to Netflix. It has a double bed and a shower + a desk and fast wifi. It come with a well equipped kitchen and there is a pool and common area in the building.
Guest access
The guest have fully access to the apartment, communal BBQ area and swimming pool.
Other things to note
Water taxi can take you to the main v and a waterfront area.
We use Hotel Quality linen and our linen is washed using water saving technology.

This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens. Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay cleans and fresh linens

We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 9 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the unit or in common areas. A cleaning fee will apply for any violations.
Respect for Neighbors: This is a residential building. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and be mindful of other residents.
No Parties or Events: No gatherings, events, or parties are allowed. Guests who violate this rule will face additional charges and may be evicted without a refund.
Rule Violations: Guests who break any house rules will be charged an extra fee, and depending on the severity, may also be evicted without a refund.
ID Requirement: IDs must be submitted ahead of check-in, as required by the building.
Occupancy Limit: The unit accommodates a maximum of 2 people. No extra guests are allowed.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in the unit.
Unit Size: Please note, the studio is compact and measures between 21-24 m².

Loadshedding Notice: We experience intermittent loadshedding (power cuts) across South Africa, which is out of our control. While these power cuts are announced over social media, they are not constant.
