Located in the heart of the East City Precinct, the apartment is central and conveniently located, close to all attractions such as the V&A, Table Mountain Aerial Way, Cape Town's top beaches and of course the CBD. The apartment is fully furnished with top of the range SMEG appliances and fully equipped for a comfortable stay and a kitchen where you can prepare meals in easily. Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment during their stay and may also enjoy the various common spaces we have at the Building.
Other things to note
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay changeovers.
On-street parking, but often easy to come by. Please note that the street parking is paid parking up until 17h00 each day, as per the City of Cape Town, unfortunately we do not control this.
Please note that unit sizes are 24 sqm.

Payment Policies

Payment in full is due upon booking.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

No Parties or Events: Our space is designed for relaxation, and parties or events are not allowed.
Rule Violations: Any violation of these rules will result in additional fees, which will be charged to your account.
Check-in: is strictly within the check-in hours of 3pm and 7pm
