We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.

No Parties or Events: Strictly no parties or events allowed. Guests found hosting gatherings will be charged extra and may face eviction without refund.
Rule Violations: Any breach of house rules will incur extra fees, and eviction without refund may occur for serious violations.
ID Requirement: Guests must provide valid ID upon check-in.
Occupancy Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed in the unit is 2.
No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the unit.
Unit Size: The unit measures between 21-24 m², so please be aware of the space limitations.
