No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or in common areas. A cleaning fee will be applied for violations.
Respect for Neighbors: This is a residential building. Please be considerate and mindful of noise levels at all times.
No Parties or Events: Strictly no parties or events allowed. Guests found hosting gatherings will be charged extra and may face eviction without refund.
Rule Violations: Any breach of house rules will incur extra fees, and eviction without refund may occur for serious violations.
ID Requirement: Guests must provide valid ID upon check-in.
Occupancy Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed in the unit is 2.
No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the unit.
Unit Size: The unit measures between 21-24 m², so please be aware of the space limitations.
